For people in the Washington DC area and in California, Ford is offereing interest free loans on its Escape Hybrid SUV. Previously I had mentioned about the $1000 rebate that came with it, well this cannot be added on to onto the 0% APR financing plan that Ford is offering, plan ends in 3 weeks, as if I really care.
