GM plans on developing a gas-electric hybrid by its European acquired company Saab. What this means to you: Environmentally friendly vehicles would fit nicely into Saab’s image — but shouldn’t hybrids be part of every GM brand’s offerings?

Does GM still think that hybrids are foreign concepts and that small, fuel efficient cars are not meant for us.
