Japanese car maker Suzuki and US automotive giant General Motors (GM) plan to jointly develop fuel-electric hybrid vehicles for the North American market, the leading Japanese business newspaper Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported Monday.

These guys plan on developing and launching another “fuel-efficient” hybrid SUV by 2009.
